Geo Intelligence Terms

These terms cover subscriptions to NYCD Geo Intelligence (the “Service”), provided by NYC Digital Screens, operated by Encompass Media Group, 1111 44th Drive, Long Island City, NY 11101. By subscribing you agree to them.

Your plan and logins

  • Each login is for one named person. Logins may not be shared. Signing in on one browser signs that login out of other browsers.
  • Solo includes 1 login. Team includes 5 logins (the account owner plus up to 4 teammates). Extra Team logins are available for an added fee.
  • You are responsible for activity under your logins and for keeping passwords private.

Billing and cancellation

  • Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We don’t give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. New prices apply from your next renewal.

What you may do with reports

  • You may use Excel and PDF reports you create in your own work and share them with your clients and prospects.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, copy or redistribute the Service itself, its code or its underlying datasets, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Keep the source line on reports you share.

Data and accuracy

The Service uses public data from the U.S. Census Bureau and estimates derived from it. Survey estimates have margins of error; the Service shows a reliability rating to help you judge them. The Service and its data are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or change features over time.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for shared logins, misuse, or non-payment.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
